Bacon Cheese Dip

This tasty bacon cheese dip can be the hit of your next party! Simply make and serve in your crockpot for a dip that your guests will flip over!

If your crockpot is big like mine you can serve in a heated little french onion soup bowl and just keep heating up your dip in the microwave.

Bacon Cheese Dip
Total Cooktime: 1 hour

What you will need:

* 16 slices bacon, diced, fried and drained
* 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened and cubed
* 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 cup half-and-half
* 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
* 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* dash hot sauce

Put all ingredients in the Crock Pot and cook on low, stirring occasionally until cheese melts, about 1 hour.  Taste and adjust seasonings, add bacon, and keep on low to serve. Serve with cubed or sliced French bread.

This looks yummy. I WILL have to try this one. What size crockpot do you make this in?

Personally I use my mini-crock pot that I inherited from my mother. I'm not quite sure what size it is because it has been used so much that the words have rubbed off :) It is just big enough to fit all the ingredients if that helps!
